vaitaka makes every effort to ensure that published odds and game information are accurate at all times. However, in the event that an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game configuration is identified — including errors resulting in odds that are materially more favourable than the intended market price — vaitaka reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the staked amount, even after settlement has initially occurred.
Players using the vaitaka platform are required to act in good faith at all times and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vaitaka's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their vaitaka account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
